It mainly consists of AC power distribution, monitoring module, rectifier module, microcomputer insulation monitoring, battery inspection, buck silicon chain, flash alarm, DC feed and so on. It can also be flexibly combined according to the specific requirements of users.

3.1 Overview
Battery capacity and service life are two important indicators of battery selection, battery selection should pay attention to the performance difference between different manufacturers, generally imported batteries have high reliability and long service life (up to 18 years), but the price is more expensive. Users can make a reasonable selection according to the importance of the project and the cost performance. Because the current circuit breaker opening current and normal load current is small, the capacity of battery and rectifier module is greatly reduced than the previous selection, and the use of buck silicon chain is also greatly reduced. Because the rectifier module has N+1 backup, two separate sets of rectifier modules are rarely used to reduce investment. For 6KV, 10KV small and medium-sized systems generally do not consider installing flash devices. Therefore, our company fully considered the above factors in the selection design.

- Product packaging, transportation, storage instructions
4.1 Packaging, transportation and storage of products
- Packaging: The screen cabinet of the complete set of devices is packed in wooden cases, and meets the requirements of relevant standards, and the battery is packaged separately.
- Transportation: The equipment shall not be inverted during transportation to prevent rain and strong vibration of collision. Batteries should be packed separately and do not touch terminals or safety valves. Batteries are delivered with liquid charge, and short circuit should be prevented during transportation.
- Storage: The equipment should be stored indoors, the storage place should be dry, clean, air circulation, no corrosive and flammable gases in the surrounding air, the air temperature can be -25 ° C to +55 ° C, the average monthly relative humidity is not greater than 90%, it is strictly prohibited to store with corrosive items in the same place. The battery to be stored for a long time should be properly charged and the surface of the battery should be cleaned, and the pole, nut, metal washer, and jumper plate should be evenly coated with petroleum jelly, and stored in a ventilated, dry room at 25±10 ° C. It should be fully charged again every six months.
